RELATIONSHIP INTENSIVES

I developed the Coordinated Couples Counseling method in 2023 in partnership with Davison Counseling to address both individual & relationship dynamic hurdles within the same safe space. Since its inception, we've been able to fine-tune and transition CCC into Relationship Intensives. Please reach out if you'd like to chat more or are interested in setting up a consultation!

Our relationship Intensives differ from traditional methods in their ability to address individual issues and relationship issues simultaneously. You'll get two therapists working together to help you and your partner thrive. Additional benefits include:

• not feeling "ganged up on" by your partner or your therapist
• flexibility to work on individual goals as well as #couplegoals
• eliminating the need for an additional couple's counselor and a long-term time commitment, saving time and money.

Relationship Intensives consist of the following:

• You and your partner meet us for an initial couples consultation. This allows everyone to build rapport and determine compatibility before moving forward.
• Next, we'll assess needs and preferences to assign providers to partners.
• You then schedule and attend an individual assessment (your partner does the same with their provider).
• All parties come together to participate in one 90-minute joint session
• Additional joint sessions will be made available upon request but are not required (or included in the initial intensive).

Intensives are typically completed over the course of a few days. We'll walk you through scheduling to make sure it fits within your lifestyle.
