I’m especially passionate about perinatal mental health and have created support group curriculum for pregnancy + postpartum experiences. I’ve also co-developed an intensive therapy approach for couples looking for a more immersive, effective alternative to traditional weekly therapy.

I provide therapy for adolescents and adults (14+) who may feel overwhelmed by/in relationships, stuck in cycles of overthinking, emotionally exhausted from people-pleasing, or uncertain about who they are becoming. Above all, I believe therapy should be a space where you feel emotionally safe and genuinely understood, so I am deeply committed to ongoing multicultural competence and LGBTQIA+ affirmin-affirming careg care, and creating space for humor, personality, and nerdy references.
