I'm Kaitlyn Lickteig, and prior to founding Klick Counseling, I spent over a decade working with diverse populations (ages 14 and up). I'm passionate about & have created support group curriculum for perinatal mental health; I have also co-developed/pioneered a nontraditional intensive program approach for couples.

I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to find & remove the barriers that have previously kept my clients feeling stuck. I'm also able to pull from other techniques beyond CBT to provide an eclectic, collaborative experience that won't feel rigid or redundant. Disclaimer: be prepared for humor & nerdy references.
